Summary
Last year we helped millions of people recharge their credit for various brands and services using the new Recharge app. So they could watch Netflix, purchase in-game credit, call and interact with their loved ones on their smartphones or pay online with prepaid credit cards. Currently serving people in over 180 countries with a fast, safe, simple experience and broad product availability, Making Recharge the leading one-stop-shop for digital credit.

Unify multiple propositions
Recharge.com is the new global name that has combined their portfolio of branded payment websites under one new brand. We were challenged to unite a broad spectrum persona’s with a different visiting purpose and guide them towards their goal as fast as possible.

Unify multiple propositions
For millions of customers, a credit top-up should is a mere disruption in their daily life. So we optimised the app for supercharged repeat purchases to get a lightning-fast one-click-payment based on their previous recharge.
Stop, recharge and move on.

Scheduled release to 166 countries in two years
Customer-validated from concept to roll-out
Getting it on time for the international product roadmap release and in line with expectations was made possible by our double-diamond approach. To create a rock-solid foundation we conducted a concept test, two usability tests and an A/B test with international participants over the process of 3 months.

Self service for VanMoof riders
For over 10 years I worked for agencies like Soda Studio, Resoluut and Unc Inc. Designing for B2C, B and E markets. Helping humble startup’s like Root-sustainability scale, scaleups like Van Moof mature and corporates like Albert Heijn personalize their service. In my leisure time, I enjoy tinkering with lamps and interactive light installations. A passion I’d love to develop more.
